Having worked in several nursery settings before joining Blue Butterfly Pinner, I immediately knew during my first encounter with Management that I was moving to a place that would significantly shape my journey in childcare. I felt a strong sense of belonging and knew I was meant to be here, working alongside such a wonderful team. My time at BBM has already provided me with so many opportunities for growth, for which I am truly grateful. This journey has been an incredible experience, and I’m excited for what the future holds as I continue to work alongside this amazing team!

As an Early Years Practitioner/Montessori student, I chose to do my work experience in several different settings, learning something new from each one. Blue Butterfly Pinner, however, is special. Every single staff member I encountered was interested in one thing alone - the wellbeing of the children. There is a beautiful, positive atmosphere when you walk in, nothing but smiles and kind, warm, friendly staff and fantastic teachers that make the children feel loved and safe. The managers are empowering and approachable, strong leadership is evident and staff morale is high. The food is divine..nutritious and healthy. The children often ask for seconds. I would happily recommend Blue Butterfly Montessori to anyone who wants to see their child thrive!

I have worked with Blue Butterfly Stanmore for 3 years. It's the best nursery in Stanmore. Child care and safe guarding are their top most priority. Resources and lesson plans in preschool are very well planned, and children are given holistic education. Management is very active and understanding. They listen kindly and give positive and constructive feedback. Staff is selected carefully and trained thoroughly to match their Ethos. The chef makes exceptional food, catering to everyone's need. They have a lovely garden with outstanding resources throughout the nursery. They also have unique feature, which is their well equipped library. Staff have chill room where they can relax and a dining room with all necessary equipment like fridge, microwave, kettle etc. My direct manager, Ms. Carol, was exceptional in her role as a manager. Overall, I have fond memories of working here, even from hard days.This place gives you a lot of opportunities to grow and learn. They have policy to promote from within. Thank you.

Blue Butterfly Montessori Nursery in Pinner has been a lovely place to work for the past 2.5 years - having recently left due to personal circumstances. The management team operate a true open door policy, value every team member, and place the highest importance on recruiting high quality staff members to care for the children. It’s clear that every staff member is passionate and dedicated to the children’s development and wellbeing. The children are generally very happy and their individual needs valued and cared for - including having staff who are very experienced and knowledgable about Special Educational Needs/providing specific training opportunities. I would highly recommend Blue Butterfly Montessori Pinner to any families looking for childcare or practitioners looking for their next position!Thank you for all the support I have received whilst part of the BBM family, and I hope to visit soon!

What an amazing Nursery it is.I love the staff and how they are Trained.Especially The Food on how they are vegetarians.The Kids are Wonderful.I couldn't Recommend it enough.The place Is good.

My daughter has just graduated from this nursery and we are leaving with the fondest memories. Genuinely can’t recommend it enough. The management is fantastic and we are so grateful for all the care and attention our daughter has received from her key workers and teachers. Can’t wait for my son to join next year! Thank you!

Excellent nursery. Staff are very well trained. We have noticed the significant improvement Blue Butterfly has had on our daughter both in confidence and vocabulary. She has been attending since January 2016. Our preference would be for Blue Butterfly to open earlier than 8am (even by 15 minutes). We recommend this nursery highly.

A fantastic setting with really great teachers. The facilities are excellent and the nursery delivers on all areas, including quality vegetarian meals and a variety of extra curricular classes.
