That’s why we were delighted to bring our Pinner and Stanmore branches together for our recent Independent Schools Fayre — an evening filled with valuable conversations, helpful advice and exciting opportunities for our children’s next educational journey.
12 Independent Schools Under One Roof
We were thrilled to welcome representatives from 12 independent schools, giving our families the unique opportunity to meet and speak directly with key members of each school’s team.
Among the representatives were Head Teachers, Class Teachers, Heads of Admissions and Bursars, providing parents with a fantastic range of perspectives and expertise.
Having so many schools together in one place meant that parents could explore their options, compare different approaches and ask questions directly to the people who could provide the answers.
Answering the Questions That Matter
For many parents, the transition from Blue Butterfly Montessori into their child’s next school is an exciting but sometimes daunting process. Our fayre gave families the opportunity to ask those all-important questions and gain a better understanding of what lies ahead.
Parents were able to find out more about:
- 3+ and 4+ assessments and what they involve
- School admissions processes and requirements
- Curriculum and teaching approaches
- What life is like at each individual school
- The opportunities and experiences available to children
- How each school supports children as they progress through their education
It was wonderful to see parents engaging in meaningful conversations and gathering the information they need to make confident, informed decisions about their child’s future.
A Wealth of Information to Take Home
Our visiting schools generously shared a wealth of information with our families, including leaflets, brochures, prospectuses and plenty of exciting school merchandise.
With so much to discover, parents were able to take their time, gather resources and continue exploring their options at home with their families.
Bringing Our Blue Butterfly Community Together
One of the highlights of the event was bringing our Pinner and Stanmore families together. It was a wonderful opportunity for our wider Blue Butterfly community to connect, share experiences and support one another during such an important stage of their children’s development.
At Blue Butterfly Montessori, we believe that every child is unique, and finding the right school is about discovering an environment where they can continue to grow, flourish and reach their full potential.
We are proud to be able to provide our families with opportunities like this, helping to make the journey towards their child’s next school as informed, positive and exciting as possible.
