Celebrating Diwali 2025 – Stay and Play Events

Recently, we held two wonderful Stay and Play sessions at both our branches where parents and guardians were invited into their child’s class to celebrate Diwali. Both events were a fantastic success! The children had a wonderful time exploring activities, playing and sharing special moments with their families.

Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is one of the most joyful and meaningful celebrations in the Hindu calendar. It symbolises the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance. It is a time for families and communities to come together, light lamps (diyas), share delicious food, exchange gifts and reflect on new beginnings.

During both events our branches came alive with vibrant colours, festive decorations and joyful celebrations. The children enjoyed activities like diya painting, rangoli art, storytelling and music. A parent also joined us to share a beautiful Diwali story, helping the children understand its traditions and meaning. Children, Parents and staff dressed in colourful outfits and everyone enjoyed delicious traditional food. A true celebration of community and togetherness.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us. Your involvement made the celebrations even more special.

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year!
