BLUE BUTTERFLY MONTESSORI FEES

At Blue Butterfly Montessori, we aim to provide exceptional early years education and care that is both high-quality and accessible. We offer a range of flexible funding options and clear fee structures to support families in planning childcare that meets their needs.

Admissions

We welcome children from 3 months to 5 years and offer places based on availability, staffing, and our commitment to inclusion and equality. Priority is given to siblings and families who return completed registration forms early.

All families are invited to visit the nursery before registering interest. Once a place is offered, a structured settling-in process helps children transition smoothly into nursery life.

For full details on our admissions process, including waiting list, offers, deposits, and settling sessions, please refer to our Admissions Policy.

Invoicing & Fees

Monthly fees are calculated by multiplying weekly fees by 51 weeks and dividing by 12 months. Fees are pro- rated for children starting or leaving mid- month.

– You’ll receive a monthly invoice

– It includes:

  1. Monthly Nursery Fee
    • Non-funded hours
    • Meal Provision
    • Premium Provision
  2. Funding
  • Basic Provision
  • Deducted monthly, not in one lump sum

Premium Provision Charges

Early Years Funding covers basic childcare only. It does not include meals, snacks, consumables, extra services, or additional hours.

Non-funded fees cover meals, snacks, milk, trips, activities, and premium enhancements that reflect the BBM standard. This contribution supports enrichment through:

  • Enhanced Activities
  • School Readiness
  • The BBM Parent Experience
  • Above and Beyond Standards

The Premium Provision Fee is based on the average monthly cost of these enhancements.

Monthly Provision Charges

We serve fresh, balanced vegetarian meals daily, prepared by our on-site chefs using a Healthy Early Years London-approved menu.

Meals include a main, dessert, and snacks, with allergen-aware and dietary-specific options available.

Food charges are based on your child’s attendance and reflect actual meal costs. These are separate from any funded childcare hours.
